Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 40 years old or above; 2. Radiological confirmation of clinically diagnosed tibiofemoral arthritis; 3. Clinical symptoms of local knee joint inflammation; 4. Knee pain while walking (score of 0-10 > 4); 5. BMI <= 35.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Potential participants who have received steroid injections or participated in exercise therapy in the past 3 months; 2. Individuals who have used oral corticosteroids or have inflammatory arthritis in the past 4 weeks; 3. History of knee replacement surgery; 4. Conditions that exclude participation in exercises; 5. Contraindications for corticosteroids; 6. Local pain syndromes (e.g., fibromyalgia); 7. Participants with spinal nerve root compression syndromes.
