Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older. 2. Did not receive the current season's influenza vaccine. 3. Registered with a family physician at the community health service center. 4. Provided informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with cognitive impairment who are unable to provide informed consent. 2. Planned long-term absence from the community (consecutive absence of one month or more) during the study period (September 2025 – March 2026). 3. Presence of a contraindication to influenza vaccination as specified in the vaccine's package insert.
