Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A child aged 6-12 years with clinical symptoms of adenoid hypertrophy was presented with lateral nasopharyngeal radiographs and nasopharyngoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nasal polyps, sinus surgery history; 2.Patients with a long history of glucocorticoid, relative or absolute contraindications of glucocorticoid use.
