Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >=65 years, MMSE >=24, TUG >=12 seconds or a history of falls within 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe exercise contraindications, neurological disorders, and participation in other intervention studies
