Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients (aged >= 60 years) scheduled for non-cardiac surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score can be conducted the day before the operation; 3. Delirium assessment (CAM scale) can be conducted for at least 3 consecutive days after the operation; 4. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a clear history of mental or neurological disorders (such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, etc.) before the operation; 2. Those who have been using sedative-hypnotic drugs or antipsychotic drugs for a long time; 3. Combined with severe visual or hearing impairment, affecting postoperative assessment; 4. Major complications occur during or after the operation, affecting the follow-up of the study.
