Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years, male or non-pregnant female; 2. Patients or their legal guardians must be able to understand the trial's purpose and procedures and voluntarily provide signed informed consent; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis, with bilateral involvement; 4. CT scan confirms a Lund-Mackay bilateral score >= 6 (CT scans within 3 months preoperatively are valid).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with known allergic reactions or contraindications to the packing material and its degradation products; 2. Patients with acute inflammation of the nasal sinuses or benign/malignant tumors; 3. Use of other medications or materials promoting wound healing during the trial; 4. Investigators deem the subject unsuitable for participation due to any other factors that may affect the study.
