Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Colorectal cancer patients who meet the diagnostic criteria specified in China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2020 Edition) and have initiated treatment;(2) Age 18 or older ;(3)Clear consciousness, no language or cognitive impairments, and normal language expression ability;(4)No other severe physical or mental illnesses;(5)Patients have full knowledge of their disease diagnosis and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to complete the interview content;(2)Refusal to participate due to extreme psychological discomfort during the process;(3)Refusal to be recorded.
