Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCI group: conforms to the 2018 NIA-AA neuropsychological criteria for MCI. SCD group: conforms to the 2018 NIA-AA neuropsychological diagnostic criteria for SCD. Healthy control group: aged 55 to 85 years old, with no self-reported cognitive impairment, an MMSE score greater than 24 and no more than 30, and a MoCA score exceeding 26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia; Modified Hachinski Ischemia Scale (MHIS) score >4; Unable to cooperate with cognitive function tests; Has drug or alcohol dependence in the past 6 months; Is currently participating in other clinical studies; Is irritable or has comorbid severe diseases.
