Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=14 years old; 2.The fever lasts more than 3 weeks; 3.Oral body temperature exceeding 38.3 ° C for at least three times (or a temperature fluctuation of more than 1.2 ° C in a day); 4. At least 1 week in the door diagnose thorough examination of the patient or hospitalization remains inconclusive; 5.Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant status, nosocomial infection, patients with known confirmed HIV infection, and immunocompromised patients such as neutropenia (pre-existing white blood cell count < 1.0×10^9/L and/or granulocyte count <0.5×10^9/L) and fever for at least 1 week in the past 3 months.
