Insomnia with Medication Withdrawal Group:Diagnosis of insomnia, diagnosis of sedative use disorder, and presence of withdrawal symptoms

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 75; 2.Sex-matched (male:female ˜ 1:1)?; 3.Signed the informed consent form and completed the baseline assessment (including polysomnography/PSG, neurocognitive testing, and biological sample collection).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major organic diseases:?? Cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III or higher); severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (ALT/AST > 3x upper limit of normal, eGFR 15); history of alcohol or substance abuse (AUDIT score > 8); 3.Confounding factors of other sleep disorders:?? Diagnosed central disorders of hypersomnolence (e.g., narcolepsy); pregnant or lactating women (due to potential hormonal interference with sleep architecture); 4.Technical and data collection limitations:?? Implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers, which may interfere with PSG signals); cognitive impairment preventing cooperation with testing; contraindications for biological sample collection (e.g., coagulation disorders);
