Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sixty patients who underwent open abdominal surgery for ovarian cancer; 2. Age >=18 years old, <=80 years old; 3. The surgical method is open abdominal surgery for ovarian cancer. 4.ASA classification II -III grades; 5. Obtain the patient's informed consent and have them sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for nerve block: Infection at the puncture site, local anesthetic allergy, and coagulation dysfunction; 2. Liver and kidney failure; 3. Preoperative use of analgesic drugs; 4. Have a history of chronic pain or opioid abuse; 5. Mental illness; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients who refuse to participate; 8. Others who are not suitable for clinical trials; 9. Those who undergo laparotomy again.
