Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of CD by colonoscopy or clinical diagnosis; 2. Aged 18-60 years, right-handed; 3. Patients in the active phase, with pain that is new onset and untreated; 4. Signed informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for volunteers: 1. Exclusion of gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Aged 18-60 years, right-handed; 3. Willing to participate in the study and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other gastrointestinal diseases or other diseases causing abdominal pain; 2. Organic brain lesions, mental disorders; 3. Use of opioids, corticosteroids, or psychotropic drugs in the past three months; 4. Claustrophobia or individuals with metal implants in their bodies; 5. Women who are menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
