Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Simple angle developmental anomalies; 2. Age of onset 21 mmHg; (2) Optic disc cupping (disc margin narrowing): the cup-to-disc ratio progressively increases (generalized disc margin narrowing), asymmetric cup-to-disc ratios between both eyes (difference >= 0.2), or localized narrowing of the disc margin; (3) Corneal changes: presence of Haab's striae, corneal edema, or corneal diameter >= 11 mm (newborns), > 12 mm (children 13 mm (any age); (4) Progressive myopia or myopic shift combined with a rate of axial elongation greater than normal growth rate; (5) Corresponding to glaucomatous optic neuropathy, repeatable detectable visual field loss and excluding other conditions causing visual field loss.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of intraocular surgery; 2.Patients associated with other ocular or systemic abnormalities, such as a history of trauma, congenital iris dysplasia, Peters anomaly, Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome, and Sturge-Weber syndrome.
