75 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 75 and above who were hospitalized between January 2020 and June 2025, with their main diagnoses meeting the criteria for heart failure and diabetes as defined by the International Classification of Diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete medical records, hospital stay of less than 24 hours, or admitted for reasons other than heart failure or diabetes
