Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear clinical diagnosis of endogenous hyperinsulinermic hypoglycemia and proposed insulinoma 2. Patients should have complete clinical information, including age, gender, treatment costs, hospitalization days, adverse reactions, etc.;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with no confirmed insulinoma 2. Patients without surgery 3. Patient has a previous history of insulinoma (recurrent cases) 4. Incomplete clinical data or quality does not meet the analysis criteria (missing important variables) 5. Patients who have undergone surgery or drug therapy before participating in the study 6. Exclude other diseases that may cause hypoglycemia, such as insulin autoimmune syndrome, islet cell hyperplasia and other hypoglycemia caused by non-insulin causes (adrenal insufficiency, anterior pituitary hypofunction, malnutrition, etc.);
