Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are aged 18 years or older and under 75 years (inclusive of 18 and 75 years); 2. Postoperative pathological examination confirms a definitive diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma, with clear histological subtype classification (consistent with lepidic, acinar, papillary, micropapillary, solid, or mucinous patterns); 3. Patients have undergone radical surgical treatment for lung adenocarcinoma (e.g., lobectomy, segmentectomy, and mediastinal lymph node dissection), with complete surgical records; 4. Clinical and follow-up data are comprehensive, including preoperative baseline information, postoperative treatment regimens, pathology reports, and survival status follow-up data; 5. No history of other malignancies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The pathological diagnosis is unclear or the subtype classification is vague, and it cannot be accurately classified. 2.Received palliative surgery or only biopsy, and did not meet the criteria for radical surgery. 3.Serious lack of clinical data or follow-up data (such as incomplete key prognostic indicators and treatment information). 4.Death due to non-tumor-related factors (such as serious complications, accidents) in the short term after surgery (such as within 1 month). 5.Combined with serious underlying diseases (such as severe heart, liver and kidney failure) may significantly affect survival assessment.
