Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study is an extension of the ChiCTR2400093517 medical device clinical trial. The participants in this clinical trial must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Patients underwent embryo preservation using either Automatic Vitrification System or manual vitrification method with a vitrification vessel and vitrification medium kit in the former study (ChiCTR2400093517), (2) Patients finished single embryo thawing, transplantation, and completed the final visit of the ChiCTR2400093517 trial; (3) Patients voluntarily decide to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
