Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ischemic stroke: (1)Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) confirmed ischemic stroke; (2) The occurrence of stroke is less than 1 day; (3) The volume of ischemic lesions is greater than 8 cm^3; (4) No history of neurological or mental disorders. 2.Healthy subjects: Age (+/-5 years) of ischemic stroke patients matched by gender (1) No history of neurological or mental disorders; (2) The score of the mental state examination is greater than 27 points; (3) Be 18 years old or above; (4) No contraindications for MRI; (5) No psychotropic or stimulant drugs have been used.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years old; 2. Contraindications for MRI; 3. Life-threatening conditions occurred within 6 months of follow-up.
