Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the Membranous Nephropathy Group: 1. Diagnosed with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) through renal biopsy, meeting the Ehrenreich-Churg pathological staging criteria; 2. Age >=18 years and =18 years and <=65 years; 3. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for membranous nephropathy group: 1. Secondary MN (such as SLE, HBV infection, related to malignant tumors); 2. Coexisting other primary glomerular diseases (such as IgA nephropathy); 3. Renal biopsy showing less than 10 glomeruli or incomplete pathological data; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Coexisting other potentially life-threatening diseases; Exclusion criteria for normal control group: 1. No indications for surgical treatment of the kidney.
