Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with nAMD and PCV through FFA/ICGA who have not received any treatment before; 2. Patients who signed the informed consent form for the study; 3. Patients who cooperated in completing clinical examinations such as best corrected visual acuity, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography imaging, etc. 4. Patients who followed the 3+ pro ne nata (3+ PRN) treatment plan and received single anti-VEGF treatment (Aflibercept); 5. Patients with a follow-up period of 3 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other eye diseases, such as keratitis, uveitis, high myopia, macular hole, retinal vascular occlusion, central serous chorioretinopathy, etc. 2. Combined with systemic diseases, such as diabetes, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, etc. 3. Patients who cannot complete the enrollment process.
