18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with upper urinary tract stones through imaging examinations. 2. Age >= 18 years old. 3. Have surgical indications. 4. Those who have normal functions of heart,brain and lung and can withstand surgery. 5. Complete case data and capable of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Flexible and navigable suction ureteral access sheath and intelligent pressure control system were not used during the surgery. 2. Those who were in poor physical condition and cannot withstand surgery. 3. Those with uncontrollable systemic bleeding disorders or coagulation dysfunction. 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction. 5. Severe urinary tract infection was not controlled. 6. Those who were unable to perform urinary tract surgery. 7. Severe diabetes or hypertension that was not controlled before surgery.
