Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) and treated with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI); 3. Informed consent signed by the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other severe cardiovascular diseases such as cardiomyopathy and valvular heart disease; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT/AST > 3 times the upper limit of normal, creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min); 3. A history of major surgery or trauma within the past 6 months, or malignant tumor (with an expected survival time < 1 year); 4. Inability to cooperate with follow-up, or presence of mental illness and cognitive impairment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
