Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~60 years old; 2. Patients with lymph node tuberculosis who are planned to be surgically removed; 3. Signed informed consent and agreed to participate in follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe infection; 2. HIV-infected patients with a family history of immunodeficiency; 3. Long-term use of immunosuppressants, post-organ transplantation, and malignant tumors; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Difficulty in follow-up or refusal of participants.
