Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma case group 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Those who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma but have not received any anti-tumor treatment; 3. Residents of South China who have resided in South China for at least one year before recruitment. Healthy control group 1. Over 18 years old; 2. No previous history of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 3. Residents of South China who have resided in South China for at least one year before recruitment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe medical comorbidities, significant organ (heart, lung, liver, kidney) dysfunction, or psychiatric disorders. 2.Severe autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency. 3.Previously diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and had received antitumor treatment before sampling.
