Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18-70, gender not limited; 2. Patients diagnosed with cirrhosis and portal hypertension by imaging; 3. Patients with esophageal varices diagnosed by imaging or gastrointestinal endoscopy; 4. Patients with cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B, and treated antiviral therapy and liver protection according to regulations; 5. Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fever, infected patients; 2. Malignant tumor patients; 3. Patients with severe diseases of heart, lung, kidney, brain blood and other important organs with insufficiency of function; 4. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients
