Observation group (Part one: Cross-sectional study):None
Experimental group (Part II: Interventional study):Pre-intervention assessment was conducted using the Diabetes Risk Perception Scale and the Diabetes Prevention Behavior Intention Questionnaire.

Perceptual disorders: Identifying and attempting to reduce the obstacles for an individual to adopt healthy behaviors

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old 2.Meet the criteria of high-risk population of diabetes, that is, using the Chinese Diabetes risk score in the "Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes (2020 edition)", the total score >=25 was defined as high-risk population of diabetes in this study 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders 2. Have been diagnosed with diabetes or heart, lung, kidney and other important organ failure
