18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old and <=85 years old; 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3. Onset time <= 7 days; 4.mRS Score <=2 points; 5. The patient or their legal guardian voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of cerebral infarction; 2. Combined with cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (eGFR3 times the upper limit of normal); 4. Active malignant tumors; 5. Severe infectious diseases; 6. Expected survival period <1 year;
