Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young people caused by traffic accident, young people with osteoporotic cervical spondylosis, healthy elderly people and elderly people with osteoporosis, who met the surgical indications for cervical spine diseases and had no relevant contraindications, including anterior surgery (such as ACDF, ACCF, ACDR) and posterior surgery (such as spinal canal decompression, bone graft fusion and internal fixation), agreed to sign the informed consent.
