18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 2. Postoperative patients requiring invasive mechanical ventilation who can be maintained in a light sedation state (RASS -2 to 1); 3. Obtaining informed consent from the patient or their family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. neurological dysfunction, mental illness, dementia, or individuals unable to communicate with medical staff due to language barriers; 2. patients with contraindications or allergies to study medication; 3. severe liver or kidney failure.
