18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-65 years, with sequential diagnoses of plaque psoriasis (or psoriasis vulgaris) and psoriatic arthritis (or arthropathic psoriasis) (PsO + PsA); 2.With complete 1-year follow-up imaging data (MRI/ultrasound + X-ray); 3.Baseline imaging (MRI/ultrasound) shows subclinical joint lesions (such as bone marrow edema, synovial thickening); 4.Treated with secukinumab for >=12 months, or acitretin for >=12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, other autoimmune diseases, and malignant tumors; 2.There is radiological bone erosion at baseline (mSvdH score >= 5); 3.Follow-up time less than 1 year; 4.The quality of the examination images is poor, making accurate assessment impossible.
