Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery under elective tracheal intubation and general anesthesia at Haikou People's Hospital; 2 Age >= 65 years old, gender not limited; 3. ASA classification I to III; 4. BMI: 18-30 kg /m^2; 5 I or my legal representative sign a written informed consent form; 6 Be capable of understanding the research process and scale content, and be able to communicate effectively with researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2 Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3 History of severe neurological diseases (dementia, Parkinson's disease, sequelae of stroke); 4 Those who have been using psychotropic drugs or antiepileptic drugs for a long time; 5 Those who have been taking sedatives and analgesics for a long time; 6 Patients who may encounter medical problems due to TEAS, for example, those with local skin damage at the selected acupoints; Patients with pacemakers or metal implants, or those allergic to acupoint stimulation electrode patches; 7 People allergic to ropivacaine hydrochloride; 8 Those with coagulation disorders (PT (prothrombin time) >ULN+3 seconds and/or APTT (activated partial thromboplastin) Time >ULN+10 seconds; 9 People with visual and auditory impairments who are unable to communicate; 10 Those who are unwilling to cooperate for subjective or objective reasons; 11 Preoperative ACE-III score was used to evaluate those with cognitive dysfunction (score less than 88 points);
