Sham stimulus group:Receive sham stimulation at the same frequency, with treatment parameters consistent with the aTBS group, but without actual magnetic stimulation, implemented by flipping the coil
aTBS group:Receive 1 session of sequential aTBS treatment daily for 10 days. Each treatment includes continuous TBS (cTBS) on the right DLPFC and intermittent TBS (iTBS) on the left DLPFC

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet or reach the initial diagnostic criteria for depression as defined in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) or have taken the same antidepressant for at least two weeks; 2. Han Chinese residents, aged 18 to 60, regardless of gender; 3. Educational level of at least primary school; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study; 5. HAMD-17 depression scale score >= 17 points; 6. Suicide ideation score >= 3 (Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale, C-SSRS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Meets or reaches other diagnoses as per the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 2.Severe physical diseases with poor control, such as coronary heart disease and thyroid dysfunction, etc.; 3.There is a history of head trauma that led to loss of consciousness, or a history of epilepsy; 4.Any serious physical illness, treated with chronic medication; and/or a history of substance abuse/dependence. 5.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or individuals preparing for pregnancy. 6.Recently there have been cases of fever, acute infections, and a history of infectious diseases.
