Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was diagnosed with conductive or mixed hearing loss of 60 dB HL or greater and met the criteria for total ossicular replacement prosthesis (TORP) intervention. Imaging via computed tomography and intraoperative findings confirmed that the oval window structure remained intact, although structural defects were present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inner ear malformations; presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases or pregnancy
