Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 years 2) Scheduled for first-time elective neurointervention for cerebral aneurysm under general anesthesia 3) ASA physical status I-III 4) No significant neurological deficits preoperatively (mRS score 0-1) 5) Able to drink water orally without swallowing difficulties 6) Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participation in another interventional clinical trial 2) Emergency surgery or preoperative aneurysm rupture 3) High-risk factors for aspiration 4) Pregnancy 5) Dysphagia or impaired consciousness 6) Severe comorbidities (uncontrolled cardiopulmonary disease or renal insufficiency)
