Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both males and females aged 18-45 years 2. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.00 and 26.00 kg/m²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe underlying diseases, including:Hepatic dysfunction (ALT or AST >1.5× upper limit of normal [ULN]);Renal dysfunction (serum creatinine [Cr] >=2.0 mg/dL or eGFR <50 mL/min);Cardiopulmonary insufficiency unfit for gastroscopy under general anesthesia. 2. Hypersensitivity to the study drug (keverprazan hydrochloride). 3. Helicobacter pylori-positive status. 4. Use of PPIs or P-CABs within the past week. 5. Major surgeries affecting gastric acid secretion (e.g., gastric surgery, vagotomy, or craniotomy) within 1 month prior to randomization or planned during the study. 6. Known or suspected intestinal obstruction/perforation. 7. Pregnancy or lactation. 8. Inability to provide informed consent or unwillingness to participate.
