Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary lung cancer who underwent CT-guided PTNB and their specimens were used for PTC culture and personalized drug screening; 2. Age of 18-85 years old, and diagnosed as primary lung cancer (including NSCLC and SCLC) via bronchoscopy or PTNB; 3. Tumor stage of I A – IV B, according to AJCC (ninth version); 4. ECOG PS of 0-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Estimated survival is less than three months (applicable to the prospective section); 2. The lesion that underwent PTNB has previously received local treatments, such as radiotherapy, ablation, and radioactive seeds implantation.
