Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: SLE patients aged 10-80 years, meeting the criteria of the 2019 European Union of Rheumatology (EULAR)/American College of Rheumatology (ACR). 2. Inclusion of healthy controls: There was no statistical difference in age and gender with the case group. 3. Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in this project and be able to complete the interview and assessment, complete the examination and blood sample collection as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are mental abnormalities or visual impairment, hearing impairment and other factors that hinder the normal progress of the investigation; 2. Refusal to participate in the informed consent process or inability to cooperate with the completion of blood collection
