Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The bleeding group meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2023 edition of the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Management of Postpartum Hemorrhage" of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, that is, within 24 hours after delivery of the fetus, the amount of blood flow in women who gave vaginal delivery >>=500mL, the amount of blood in women who delivered by cesarean section = 1000mL, or the symptoms or signs of hypovolemia after blood loss; 2. After prenatal diagnosis, confirmed with fetal malformations, labor induction surgery was performed in our hospital; 3. Age >=20 years old, with reading, comprehension and communication skills; 4. The informed consent of the study subjects voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary mental disorders and dementia who cannot consciously cooperate with treatment; 2. Incomplete information.
