Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From June 2023 to March 2025 in March 2025. Han nationality, age: 18-80 years old. In the case of fully standardized anti-heart failure drug treatment, electrocardiogram is sinus rhythm, cardiac ultrasound examination LVEF <40%, 15% <eGFR <60%; 2. Patients who are willing to participate in this subject with full informed consent after meeting the above criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had a history of renal artery stenosis or imaging suggested renal artery stenosis; 2.Patient GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m^2; 3. Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 4. Severe valvular heart disease; 5.Pregnancy or planning a pregnancy during the study; 6.The acute phase of myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident; 7.Patients with implanted CRT pacemakers; 8.Patients with persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation.
