Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) I participated in the pediatric health clinic at Norman Bethune Hospital in Shanxi, and had premature and low birth weight infants with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams and a gestational age of less than 37 weeks. (From December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024). (2) The guardians or close relatives of the subjects are able to fully understand the informed consent form, agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with significant congenital malformations, severe neurological disorders, genetic diseases, or death after birth.
