Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Genetically confirmed diagnosis of Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA).Documented history of ataxia.Aged between 18 and 65 years (inclusive).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Co-existing neurological diseases.Intracranial metal implants, or a history of significant head trauma or brain surgery.Implanted cardiac devices (e.g., pacemakers) or coronary stents.A known history of seizures or epilepsy, or the presence of electroencephalographic (EEG) abnormalities.Significant cognitive dysfunction.Critical illness or unstable vital signs.Pregnancy.
