Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 60 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I–III; 3. Elective ear surgery scheduled with an operation time of 1 to 3 hours; 4. General anesthesia planned; 5. Signed informed consent obtained and cooperation in data collection ensured.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The operation time is either less than 1 hour or more than 3 hours. 2. Preoperative uncontrolled hypertension (SBP>180mmHg) or arrhythmia; 3. History of cerebral infarction; (4) Poorly controlled hypertension and severe heart disease; 4. Poorly controlled hypertension and severe heart disease; 5. BMI >= 30 kg/m²; 6. History of chronic pain or opioid medication; 7. Any other factors preventing cooperation with the research, such as language comprehension disorders.
