Patients whose imaging shows that the lesion does not involve the bronchi or involve the distal bronchial TBLB and is difficult to reach the lesion c. Patients with poor basal lung function and difficulty tolerating TBLB d. CT suggests that the lesion is far from the tracheo-bronchi and is expected to be difficult to detect with EBUS e.
