Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of chronic heart failure; 3. Cardiac function grade II. ~ IV. 4. Thirst numeric score >=1 point; 5. Primary school education or above; 6. Be able to complete the questionnaire independently or with help

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of mental illness; 2.There are conscious or cognitive obstacles; 3.Complicated with serious diseases of other important organs of the body;
