Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <37 weeks (male or female); 2. The main guardian had clear consciousness and normal spirit; 3. Preterm infants and their guardians can cooperate to complete the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nervous system tumors; 2. Patients with severe malformations, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, and patients with life-threatening diseases or serious unstable potential diseases, such as severe respiratory diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive diseases, endocrine diseases, urinary system diseases, coagulation disorders, inherited metabolic diseases, etc. 3. not suitable for MRI examination, e.g. due to incompatible implants left in the body; 4. Patients enrolled in other clinical trials; 5. Other reasons considered by the researcher to be unsuitable for enrollment or other factors affecting the participant's participation in completing the study.
