Cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Interventions

Gold Standard:Histopathology:Cancer cells form a nest-like and cord-like structure, break through the basement membrane of the squamous epithelium of the cervix, pro-fibrous tissue proliferation occur
Index test:Combined immunohistochemical detection of Nrf2, Keap1, NQO1, p62, and p16 proteins in the organization.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All specimens were taken from archival tissues at the time of initial diagnosis of the patient (no local treatment of the cervix or systemic anti-tumor therapy); 2.complete clinicopathological data; 3.The immunohistochemistry test samples (paraffin-embedded tissue) were of qualified quality and met the experimental requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other malignant tumors; 2.Unclear pathological diagnosis or lack of clinical data; 3.Received chemoradiotherapy or other anti-tumor therapy before surgery; 4.Duplicate cases or sample quality that does not meet experimental requirements (e.g., severe degradation or improper fixation).
