Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke diagnostic criteria: Diagnosis conforms to the 2023 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases, with CT or MRI confirming cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, and the patient experiencing a first-time stroke; 2. Dysphagia diagnostic criteria: Swallowing Screening Scale (EAT-10) score >=3, indicating post-stroke swallowing dysfunction; 3. Disease duration >2 weeks and <=6 months, with stable condition; 4. Primary school education or higher, capable of cooperating with various examinations and rehabilitation training; 5. Patient and family members are informed about the treatment procedures in this study, voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of dysphagia caused by other neurological conditions (e.g., Parkinson's disease, dementia, motor neuron disease) in addition to stroke; 2. Post-craniotomy or cranial defect; 3. Patients with severe respiratory diseases such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. Presence of metallic implants or cardiac pacemakers;) 5. Severe underlying conditions, such as uncontrolled hypertension; 6) Severe cognitive impairment or communication difficulties.
