Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosis of cirrhosis, including pathological diagnosis or clinical and imaging verify; 2 Gastric varices confirmed by gastroscopy, requiring endoscopic treatment (acute bleeding or secondary prevention); 3 Imaging examination (enhanced CT/MRI) confirmed the presence of gastrorenal shunt; 4 Age >=18 to <=80 years old; 5 Obtain informed consent from the subject;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for endoscopic simple tissue gel injection and titanium clip assisted tissue gel injection surgery; 2. Regional (left/pancreatic) portal hypertension; 3. Complete portal vein thrombosis or portal vein cavernous degeneration; 4. TBIL>85umol/L(5mg/dL); 5. Uncontrolled infections (such as spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, urinary tract infections, pulmonary infections, etc.); 6. History of TIPS or surgical diversion surgery in the past; 7. Malignant tumors confirmed by imaging or pathology, including hepatocellular carcinoma (exceeding Milan criteria); 8. Severe functional impairments of other organs, such as end-stage renal disease and cardiopulmonary failure under renal replacement therapy; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. The researcher believes that they are not suitable to participate in this study;
