Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescent Depression Enrollment Criteria: 1. Diagnosed by a psychiatrist or above, 2. Meet DSM-V diagnostic criteria; 3. No history of neurological diseases; 4. No history of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. No convulsion-free electroconvulsive therapy in the past 3 months; 6. Aged between 12 and 18 years; Education is primary school or above. Healthy control group enrollment criteria: 1. No history of mental illness; 2. Patients with no mental illness in the first degree of relatives; 3. No history of neurological diseases; 4. No history of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. Aged between 12-18 years; 6. Primary school education or above, high degree of cooperation, and matching the group of depressed patients in terms of age, gender, and education level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. First-degree relatives with mental illness; 3. History of mental system diseases; 4. History of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. Age less than 12 or more than 18 years old; 6. Other situations that are not suitable for enrollment.
