Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: singleton primiparous mothers; Age= 18 years old and < 35 years old; gestational = 37 weeks and < 42 weeks; The prenatal examination data are complete, and there is no obvious indication for surgical delivery; No hereditary disease; Patients and their families are aware of and voluntarily participate in the study; The patient is able to communicate normally; The pre-pregnancy BMI value was 18.5~23.9 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by pregnancy complications and complications (such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, eclampsia, etc.); Concomitant severe organic diseases (e.g., heart, liver, kidney diseases); Have a history of psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment; Examination of fetal cephalopelvic disproportions, stenosis inside and outside the pelvis, etc., has surgical indications; After IVF-ET; Fetal growth restriction (FGR) is suspected.
